Situation Analysis. Approach. Results.
My delivery methodology is based on a three-phased process. I begin by performing a Situation Analysis, assessing the needs of the client, which typically involves an interview process to better understand the root cause of any problems. After performing my Situation Analysis, I begin designing a logical Approach, necessary to develop a solution. During the Results phase of delivery, I work towards transitioning the solution into the client environment.
At all stages of delivery I am hands on; interacting with the client to deliver a reliable and effective solution.
